Yurissa joined The Gordon Foundation in February 2020 as the Datastream Coordinator where she supports the Foundation’s Water team with its daily operations and programming. This work focuses on providing open access to water quality data across sectors and jurisdictions.

Her focus is on the use of digital and social media as an important tool for environmental sustainability. Yurissa is passionate about water, the environment and cultural resilience.

Yurissa completed a Master of Arts degree in International Development from the University of Ottawa. Yurissa is currently on maternity leave.
