Patrick is the Data Services Manager for DataStream. He provides oversight and support to Data Specialists in continuing to grow the user community across DataStream's hubs. He also provides support to the user community around water science, and data management as well as supporting platform development. Patrick is passionate about supporting community-based monitoring and providing tools for informing evidence-based decision making.

Patrick has a B.Sc, and M.Sc in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from the University of Toronto and is a certified trainer for the Ontario Benthos Biomonitoring Network, and the Canadian Aquatic Biomonitoring Network. He has worked in both public and private sectors across Canada for over a decade. His areas of expertise include aquatic ecology, environmental monitoring, and data management/analytics.
