Regional Governments in International Affairs: Lessons from the Arctic Conference Transcripts
On September 18, 2015, the Munk-Gordon Arctic Security Program brought together 24 Arctic scholars and policy makers from across the circumpolar world to discuss the role of municipalities, territorial and state governments, and Indigenous organizations and governments in international affairs in the Arctic. The conference took place at the University of Toronto in Ontario, Canada. This conversation was recorded in these transcripts.
