The Gordon Foundation is pleased to work with The Walrus to support writers from Canada’s North. Over the past year, articles in The Walrus have explored the interests and issues of Canada’s North as part of the contributing writers program.
The Walrus is a registered charity that publishes a national Canadian magazine eight times a year. The Walrus aims to explore ideas and issues, and to elevate public discourse on matters of importance to Canadians.
The articles have covered a wide variety of topics, from Facebook in the North, to country food, to Yellowknife’s wildfire evacuations. Below is a complete list of the articles published in The Walrus, proudly supported by The Gordon Foundation.
